i am working on own quests. and now i am wondering where i can find a list of Quest-Sort, Quest-Flags, Quest-Type.

Maybe you could help me out.

Well, im pretty sure the Horde is 69 or 64, forget which.

if he still needs them i could make a list

Quest flags are not necessary to use. They are simply for internal organizing and have no impact on the game or frontend. WoW-V uses the default of "0" for all quests in the Quest Creator.
