If you mean link them on live, no, they don't exist therefor there's no way you could.

ive seen a guy linkin custom weapon live so sorry shadow your actually wrong this time.

think it was grey lvl 19 dagger with high stats

Yah, its what Shyish said. You have to get the language which Thottbot supplies, but its already Generated for that Weapon, so you'd have to edit it and get it JUST right.
