But this isn't the place to discuss it. Just be aware of it in the future.

I'll also post indiscriminate pictures of your mother.
Now that we are off that topic.
The Dev Log is really nice, I may upload a guide to Blizz-like item creation later.

Ok, I will look for a way to update my server or I will try to get a quick 2.4 repack.

I'd actually warrant to say physically impossible, implementing custom models/textures is really really dumbly complicated right now..
and 3D modelers build using triangles (polys) not cubes =p

A very small change has been applied to all pages that generate item queries to get WoW 2.4 patch servers compatible. The change relates to the "itemextendedcost" column, which has been removed per the new database structure.
With this update we are assuming older servers have a default value set for that column. If you are running a database that doesn't have that set, you'll need to change it so that the default value is "0" in order for your items to work properly.
The Good, Bad, and Annoying of WoW Patch 2.4
As most of you Ascent server owners have noticed, custom items have been bugged with the 2.4 update. Your custom item icons most likely turned into question marks, but the items should still work and look correct when equipped. This is because of a shift from the EntryID->DisplayID crosswalk being made client-side, opposed to server-side.
WoW-V cannot fix this for you, unfortunately. It isn't related to our creators, but rather your game client, so the fix will have to come from core and patch developers (assuming one is possible).
New Feature Testing
We are also in the process of testing some new functionality for the creators, namely thrown weapons and fishing poles. We need some relatively in-depth testing for this prior to launching it publicly, so we are re-opening our doors for new testers. We do have one extra requirement this time though: you must be a "WoW-V Regular" (aka: white name). Assuming you have achieved that, all you have to do is sign up.
While it shouldn't be necessary to say.... make sure you actually have admin access to a server prior to signing up. We'll be doing non-WoW related testing later, but right now we need people that can make items and test them in-game.
WoW-V Devblog
In order to keep WoW-V as transparent and organized as possible, we have decided to start a devblog to track progress of updates, new features, design ideas, etc. Since this kind of thing isn't really news-worthy, we decided to use a free 3rd party source at: http://wow-v.blogspot.com/
There you will be able to find information about the backend of WoW-V, along with information about features not yet implemented (or in some cases even mentioned on WoW-V itself!). If you have any interest in how the system works, or if you just want sneak peaks into updates, come join us.
Again, the url is:
http://wow-v.blogspot.com/
Ill signup to the testing, oh and btw guys im back on the forums. Im fixing my pc at the moment. My computer will prob be working by wednesday (at the most).
