I have created the npc ... and it 's got the fly icon when i click on him (ingame) .. but i dont know how to add teleport locations ... pls help

You need to use a script to add teleports to a gossip menu. (to create a teleporter)
Either C++ or Lua will do fine.

Well .. you cant really make a gossip menu without them, not that I know of.
You would only be able to teleport ppl to one place by one NPC/gameobject/item for example.
You could also try using ready made teleporters if you do not know how to make your own or learn how to code one.
Other people can also do it for you.
