This is a new weapon I created.

It's chance on hit spell transforms you into a lightning warrior, casts a debuff on the target that increases nature damage taken by 40% for 20 sec.

After 10 seconds you will demorph and explode causing nature damage to up to 5 enemy's around you (Chain Lightning) and you will cast (Arc Lightning) on your primary target which has a chance to shock another target!

Its supposed to be funserver, not blizlike normally funserver items are a bit more overpowered.
