So, if some remember Nightmare Citadel; this is a new raid project that I am working on. This is not supposed to be scriped (though you are allowed to do so, if you wish), but only made for fun; and so I can create items related to it. Please tell me what you think, of if you would like to create something to the raid yourself!
- I update later on, and post new stuff -
The Lore: Zandalari, the isle located in the South Seas, is the home, and greatest isle of all trolls, and it was from there, the most ancient trolls; The Zandalar was born. Even though the many troll empires is at war, the isle of Zandalari is a sanctuary, as it is said to be blessed of the Loas. Many troll tribes seeks to sail to the coast of Zandalari, and there shall always be peace between this empires as long as they stay on the isle. That was until the day, today. Strange things happens in the capital Zuldazar, and the King of all trolls, the mighty Rastakhan, has mysteriously disappeared. Without him on the throne, the isle has become unsafe, and some of the tribes began to settle there and claimed the isle as theirs. All this started a civil war, and now the many tribes, and great troll empires fights on the very isle, all claiming the throne, and the title of the King of all trolls. This is the time, where heroes must seek to the isle themselves, and defeat whatever evil that must be stored, and return the King to the throne, before someone else claims it.
Here is a look at one of the champions, which is a spider from Upper Blackrock Spire, as we most of us remember as the Smolderwebs spiders. The Firetree and Smolderthorn trolls (which is some of the tribes from the raid) has brought this frenzy creature with them.
Here we go:
Boss name: The Feeded
Appearance: Great brood mother, plated in crystal armor. Have no other plates than her scale.
Health: 1.8 Mil
Damage per Second: 1306
Speed: 1.6 seconds
Level: ??
Attack Type: Physical
Chamber: The Feeded rest in a ruined, round chamber made of bare solid rocks, which within ages has been destroyed.
Abilities in Phase 1:
Shatter (3 seconds cast, cast every minute): The Feeded shatters her own armor, dealing 10.000 nature damage to all within 500 yards, unless they are protected by staying on safe ground. Destroys 1 safe point. After casting, The Feeded will not attack for 3 seconds, but stay on location.
Exhausting Poison (instant, cast whenever she reach 90%, 80%, 70%, 60%, 50%, 40%, 30%, 20%, 10% health): Slows all targets within 500 yards, by 99%, and increase their casting time of all abilities by 100% and all attacks by 100%. Last 10 seconds.
Summon Spiders (instant, cast every 40-50 second): Spawns 10 small spiders from location. Each spider deals 300 DPS, and has 2.000 health. Upon dead, spiders webs all nearby targets within 20 yard range, for 1 minute, making them unable to move.
Abilities in Phase 2:
Have same abilities, as in Phase 1, with a single new ability added. Phase 2 begins when The Feeded reach 20% health.
Crystal Sting (instant, cast every 5 second): Deals 100 damage to all targets within 500 yard range, and additional 300 damage over 20 seconds. Stacking unlimited. Can be cleansed, and count as magic/poison/curse/disease.
Tactics and How To:
Shatter: To avoid getting killed by shatter, the tank should move The Feeded to a location, behind a safe point or so; so that friendly targets can hide behind safe points, and prevent getting killed. This becomes harder, as more and more safe points are destroyed. Always have the tank to drink some sort of nature resi. potion, so that he will not die of Shatter, and always remember to have him on full health. The Feeded can move, while casting Shatter, so it won’t work fleeing by it as a main tank.
Exhausting Poison: This is the ability which makes Shatter tricky, and means that the fight will take atleast 10 minutes. This requires good amount of DPS, and good timing, because if you getting Exhausting Poison on you, when Shatter is being cast, your pretty much dead, unless you found cover already.
Summon Spiders: The spiders should be kitted away by mages or warlocks/ everyone who have a decent plethora of AoE-abilities. Try to use Frost Nova, right before you goes to kill them, so that you will not get webbed to ground. Remember if you getting webbed as a mages, while trying to use Frost Nova, you always have Blink to get out of sight of Shatter.
Crystal Sting: Remember to disable this whenever it stacks to high on same target. Nuke The Feeded so that it won’t stack to high.
