Players who are using a WoW client from the US are unable to join the server since the files were pulled from an EU client, so they are unable to see the realm. Any solutions/ideas?

Have you tried to connect with an enGB locale from the outside?
I have never seen such a problem..

Yea, anyone using an enGB client can connect. People with an enUS client see no realm
