All-powerful CTRL-U says the display ID for the NPC is 27063.

I didn't think he was stupid.  I just read

and thought the was asking for the NPC displayID.  I misunderstood, it was nothing that involved underestimating his intelligence ._.

I also know this response is a bit late, but I just thought I should give my reasoning behind what I posted.
