The Empire is a clearly defined hierarchy, consisting of 6 ranks.
EMPORER
PRINCE
COUNCIL
POLICE
CITIZENS
NOMADS
The Emperor
r rules the clan. His word is final, however he generally relies on the council for important decision making and making sure the people are happy.
The Prince is a member of the Council who has been deemed to be the heir to the throne.
The Council is a group of members who make important decisions for the clan and keep the people happy. They also enforce the rules, and can come to a verdict if someone is breaking the law.
The Police enforce the rules, keeping people in line. They have the rights to kick and mute people. You must listen to them.
Citizens are anyone who has been accepted.
Wanderers are anybody who hasn't yet been accepted.

Rules
I. No hacks. No flying, no hacking in items, etc.
II. Be kind to other members.
III. The wilderness is impossible to govern. Out there law does not exist.
IV. Wilderness is classified as anything outside the city. Generally it's unprotected.
V. You will work when told to work.
VI. Do not abuse your power if you are a government member.
VII. Do not abuse glitches or flaws in our system. This covers stealing from something unintentionally unprotected.
BUILDING CODE IS IN EFFECT.
I. You may own a maximum of two plots per district (one in largeplot districts). First plot is 16 iron, second is 32 iron. Large plot district plots are 128 iron or 16 diamonds each.
II. No solid x walls. Walls must have a variety.
III. A plot must not be a pit. If there is a pit, wall it off so we dont have to see it.
IV. your plot must be lit if mobs have access to the outside in any way shape or form, including via a door, even if the door is closed (griefers can open it).
V. A plot must have a building on it
