Pretty sure it adds up, would be silly if you had to pay 45$ for something that costs 30$ just cause you bought 15$ status first.

Are you sure you sent it on or after April 1st and not in the late days of March? Because this discount is only for April, payments made in March (I believe) do not count towards this discount.
